H2O GmbH Celebrates 40 Years of VACUDEST at Surface Technology Stuttgart

Steinen. This year, H2O GmbH is celebrating a special anniversary: 40 years of VACUDEST – 40 years of turning wastewater into value. For four decades, VACUDEST has stood for efficient, sustainable, and cost-effective solutions for the treatment of industrial wastewater. In this anniversary year, the company is once again presenting its solution for modern wastewater management at Surface Technology Stuttgart.

At Booth C 41, (08) in Hall 1, H2O experts will be available to answer questions and explain how an innovative evaporator system helps companies worldwide reduce disposal costs, conserve fresh water, and achieve their sustainability goals.

In particular, the quality of the rinse water treated with VACUDEST sets high standards thanks to tailored innovations. For example, Clearcat technology produces crystal-clear, oil-free distillate that enables excellent cleaning results in surface treatment processes. It is ideally suited for reuse in the process.

A special highlight of the trade show appearance is the technical presentation on June 5, 2026, at 11:20 a.m. titled “Wastewater-Free Pretreatment: Vacuum Distillation as the Basis for Safe and Efficient Recycling”. Roger Homberger, Sales Engineer at H2O GmbH, will provide a practical overview of how sustainable, wastewater-free processes can be implemented in surface technology through the use of vacuum distillation.
