We have good news! The VACUDEST ZLD technology is now available and ensures wastewater-free production for you, too!

For more than 14 years, we have been able to set high standards in the efficient treatment of heavily polluted industrial wastewater thanks to our patented Clearcat technology. With the production of the ZLD 300 we exceed this result and take a new important step towards wastewater-free production!

Wastewater treatment with VACUDEST allows you to reduce your volume of wastewater and already cut disposal costs by up to 70%. However, the remaining residual water content of the residue can make complete disposal difficult.

Here we have the solution for you!

Thanks to post-concentration with the VACUDEST ZLD 300, this residual water content can be reduced to up to a further 20 %. In this way you save up to another 50 % of your disposal costs. Through efficient energy recycling, high-quality energy is used in a second downstream evaporation stage, so you additionally benefit from the low operating costs.  

The residues often contain valuable raw materials in the form of oils or dissolved salts. In this case, the recovered concentrate can be sold, for example in the form of auxiliary fuels, or reused in your own production.

The VACUDEST ZLD 300 achieves best possible results in combination with the Clearcat technology and is currently available for VACUDEST systems of size L.
