H2O wishes you a Merry Christmas!

Christmas is approaching - and you're not quite in the Christmas spirit yet? We've got a tip for you: try it with the right music; Christmas menu planning will be much easier, shopping for presents will be so much more enjoyable, the scent of fir trees will almost fill your nose and the magic of the lights at the Christmas markets will more sparkling than ever.

To find the right songs on the playlist, we asked our H2O team: What should not be missing from your playlist - and why?

• „All I want for Christmas“ by Mariah Carey - because it's so beautifully Christmassy and warms your heart! (Personal/Finance)
• When I drive the 500 kilometres home on 23 December and „Driving Home for Christmas“ by Chris Rea is playing on the radio, THEN it's Christmas for me. (Marketing)
• Sido – Weihnachtssong that reminds me of when I was still travelling a lot and (almost) only had nonsense on my mind. (production)
• „Feliz Navidad“, because it's so cheerful and you can sing along so well! (Management)
• Dropkick Murphys - "The Season's Upon Us",because it's a "realistic" tale of how Christmas might be. (Service)
• Dean Martin - "Let it snow",because in many American movies, you can hear that song when the story takes places at Christmas time. (Sales)
• "Silent night, holy night" / "Stille Nacht, heilige Nacht". This was always the last song we sang in church on Christmas Eve, when the lights were switched off and only the candles on the Christmas tree were lit. (Engineering)
• The Pogues - "Fairytale of New York" :to express our condolences to a great poet and band leader, who has recently passed away.

Did you know that 703 million people worldwide have no access to clean drinking water? The charity organisation Viva con Agua wants to change that. We want to help - and are donating part of our Christmas donation this year to their aid projects.

The other part will go to a project in our region: to the Schopfheim Child Protection Association, which actively campaigns locally for the rights of children and young people as well as for strong parents and strong children.
