With VACUDEST, H2O GmbH will celebrate a major anniversary in 2026: The brand was registered 40 years ago – today, the vacuum distillation system is an indispensable and efficient solution for treating process and rinse water in industry. The motto “40 years of turning wastewater into value” sums up the company's commitment to conserving resources, reducing costs, and measurably improving quality.

40 years of progress – milestones and impact

Since 1986, VACUDEST has been shaping and accompanying the path to wastewater-free production – from the first plants to today's system family with energy-efficient vacuum distillation and recirculation of the purified process water.

VACUDEST turns dirty water into up to 98% purified water that can be reused even in demanding rinsing processes. This reduces disposal costs, enhances sustainability in production, and makes the industry wastewater-free.

Technological highlights such as Clearcat technology for crystal-clear, oil-free distillate and the Vacutouch machine control system with integrated Smart Services ensure consistently high water quality and operational reliability.
