Flexibilization of the VACUDEST XS and S

H2O is breaking new ground with the VACUDEST XS and S series for small wastewater volumes.

We are modernizing our smallest team members: The XS 200 and 300 will be unified to just an XS-, and the S 450, 600 and 750 to an S-model. For you, this means: even more flexibility. Because the treatment capacity can, based on this platform, be easily adapted to increasing wastewater volumes.

The right system for your production

Our sizes will continue to cover the performance range between 200 and 750 cubic meters per year. What is changing? From now on, you will receive one uniform size for the VACUDEST XS and one for the VACUDEST S. This guarantees you faster delivery times, more process and planning reliability and more flexibility in the treatment performance. Because the necessary operating hours are determined by our modern software on the Vacutouch machine control system based on your actual wastewater quantities.

An example: You currently require a treatment capacity of up to 450 m³ / year. With our package of 5,250 operating hours / year for the VACUDEST S, you are optimally positioned. It does not matter how you distribute the operating hours over the year. For example, you can process larger quantities in summer and save the operating hours in winter.

React flexibly to changes in the process

Changes in the production process can cause wastewater volumes to increase. The trick: With a simple software upgrade, we increase the treatment capacity of your VACUDEST to the appropriate operating hours up to the maximum capacity of the series. This saves time and money: because it avoids having to replace an intact machine after only a short time, expand the entire system and thus generate enormous costs.
