For our branch office in Kunshan, Jiangsu province, China we are looking for a Junior HR and Finance Assistant.

Your Tasks

Creating documents, videos, etc. to attract new talents
Making connections with universities to find new
talents e.g. for internships
Preparing job interviews
Preparation of fapiao under the guidance of the mentor
Assisting in the preparation of bank documents
Preparing bank wire transfers under the guidance of
the mentor
Organization of visits to job fairs at the university and
to associations (VDMA; AHK; etc.)

Commercial education
structured, goal-oriented work style
Thorough, reliable and effective way of working
Friendly and team-oriented
Languages: Chinese, (with advantage English)
