With the purchase of a VACUDEST system, we offer our customers the opportunity to sign a maintenance contract. This is how we ensure regular controls are in place to minimise the risk of technical problems.

Our customers can choose the frequency of maintenance visits, which are carried out by our service technicians. We recommend a period of about six to eight months. Generally, preventative maintenance ensures that the system continues to run smoothly and preserves the value of your investment in the long run.

As well as these maintenance visits, customers with a maintenance contract also receive a number of other attractive benefits. For example, upon request, we can carry out a software update on the Vacutouch machine control during our visit. The operator is therefore absolutely certain at all times that the software is completely up-to-date.

If there are any process-related faults, all actions are analysed in our application centre. We then run a further lab test, which shows up any faults so that they can be repaired quickly and reliably.

Both the software update and the lab test are available to customers with maintenance contracts, completely free of charge.

A further advantage of our maintenance contract is the flat rate for travel costs. Regardless of the location from where our service technician is travelling to you, with a maintenance contract, you only pay from the nearest location. This also applies when we drop by for repairs.

Trends in recent years have shown that maintenance contracts are worth having. More and more customers are signing maintenance contracts when they purchase a system so that they can extend the warranty on their VACUDEST by additional 12 months.
