新款废水处理系统：VACUDEST XS Clearcat

H2O公司于2019年将成立满20周年。恰逢周年初始，我们推出了一款新系统，名为VACUDEST XS Clearcat。这款系统尤为吸引每年产生含油废水量低于300立方米的公司，例如处理使用过的冷却润滑乳化液或零件清洁所产生的废水。

销售经理Jochen Freund表示：“技术上，我们一直无法将我们优良可靠的Clearcat模块与我们的VACUDEST XS系统结合起来。”他接着说：“然而，凭着我们的愿景，希望让越来越多的工业厂商能够进行无废水的生产，我们在过去一年中潜心寻找解决方案。我们重新设计了VACUDEST XS，可以将Clearcat模块集成于非常紧密的XS系统中。现在我们的小型系统不仅变得更好，而且更美观。”

Clearcat模块可以净化出晶莹剔透、几乎不含油的蒸馏水，并且由于可以大大减少COD，能够满足严格的质量要求。因此，蒸馏水可以在生产过程中更频繁地再利用。 十台新制成的VACUDEST系统中，已有七台集成了Clearcat模块，送交客户。Jochen Freund说：“我们很高兴我们现在可以为产生较低废水量的公司提供这款新系统。”

该系统有两种不同的尺寸：XS 200 Clearcat是该系列中最小型的系统，每年最多可处理200立方米的废水；XS 300 Clearcat每年可处理300立方米的废水。新系统预计将于2019年春季上市。
